Everyone sees the bill, the split, and the pay-by day, and says yes before anything is owed. That's what keeps it fair. You only do this once, unless the split changes later.

Homera asks the bill owner for the total when it's due, and the whole home sees that too. Then Homera does the math, so everyone knows their share.

Homera handles the reminders for you and nudges everyone when it's time. No one has to ask. Sit back and relax. People pay the way they already do: Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Cash, then mark it paid.

The last share lands
The whole home can see what's paid. If the reminders aren't working, Homera tells the bill owner, so a human can step in. When the last share lands, the month is all settled.

Your home already has rules. They just live in people's heads, where nobody can read them. Homera asks the questions. Your home answers them together, in one sitting. A rule only counts when everyone says it sounds fair. Nobody gets outvoted, and nobody has to bring it up.
